Orders and Payments

  • Placing an order through Handsfree.lk constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification and stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders flagged for unusual behavior, payment errors, or out-of-stock items.

  • All payments are securely processed via PayHere, a PCI-DSS-compliant Sri Lankan payment gateway. Handsfree does not store any card or banking credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within Sri Lanka through partnered courier services. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier efficiency.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Handsfree is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or logistical constraints.

  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accurate delivery address. Handsfree will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

  • You must inspect your package upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept refunds for change of mind. All sales are considered final unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for malfunctioning or defective items, subject to inspection and approval.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and include the purchase invoice.

  • Items such as tempered glass, phone covers, and personal-use accessories are non-returnable.

  • Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products (unless due to a mistake or defect) are borne by the customer.
